2. Customized & Made-to-Order Item

For customized, engraved, or made-to-order products, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
If you need to cancel such an order, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to assist you if the item has not entered production.

3. Refunds for Canceled Order

Once your cancellation is approved, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping Status & Cancellatio

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy for information on returns or exchanges.
